Depending on which Booth you choose, We arrive 30 minutes- 1.5 hours prior to your scheduled start time to ensure a flawless setup. Every detail — from backdrop alignment to lighting calibration and print station organization — is meticulously prepared so your booth is ready before your guests arrive, without disrupting your event timeline. The set up time does not count towards your hourly rental.

We have a generator available to rent for outdoor spaces only. The rental fee is $100.
Yes — a non-refundable 25% retainer is required to reserve your date. This secures your event on our calendar and ensures all preparations can be tailored exclusively to you. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
